Passenger Information Agent - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Passenger Information Agent to join our team at Keolis, a leader in shared mobility solutions. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to manage passenger information during disruptions and enhance the travel experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage passenger information during planned disruptions by creating and updating communication materials.
• Collaborate with the Passenger Information Manager to prepare and disseminate information regarding service changes, planned works, and events affecting public transport.
• Participate in real-time information management, drafting messages for customers about service disruptions.
• Utilize the Qommute tool to distribute information across various channels.
• Conduct public announcements in stations and vehicles to keep passengers informed.
• Monitor and update passenger information tools and documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Handle customer relations, including managing complaints and responding to inquiries via phone.
• Ensure the smooth operation of bike-sharing services and park-and-ride facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BAC+2 qualification or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of office tools and IT skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work variable hours, including weekends, as part of a rotating schedule.
• Experience in customer service or public transport is a plus.
