Partner Success Manager - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our partners achieve their goals and maximize their success with our solutions. This Partner Success Manager role offers the opportunity to work closely with our partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive in their respective markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet partner requirements.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance partner knowledge and engagement.
- Gather feedback from partners to inform product development and enhancements.
- Assist in the development of partner enablement resources and documentation.
- Support the sales team in identifying new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking to assess partner performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with legal AI or technical recruiting.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
