About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Restaurant Assistant to join our team at Haskins Garden Centres. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to learn in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Part-Time Restaurant Assistant, you will work every Sunday for 7 hours, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do

• Provide general assistance within the restaurant to exceed customer expectations.
• Serve food and beverages at the counters, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Operate the till and manage counter service efficiently.
• Prepare and serve both chilled and hot drinks as a barista.

Requirements

• Previous experience in catering, barista, or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
