What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing patient satisfaction.
  • Assist doctors during orthodontic procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards throughout the office.
  • Utilize downtime productively to support team operations.
  • Arrive on time and ready to contribute each shift.
  • Follow training guidelines and take ownership of your growth.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Review daily communications and stay updated on office procedures.
  • Help maintain a safe environment for every patient.
  • Support the entire team, as we operate as ONE team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (medical/dental preferred).
  • Strong reputation for excellent patient and team relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn about orthodontics and self-motivated under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Fine motor skills and manual dexterity required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and good eyesight for working with detailed materials.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
  • Experience in a professional setting with direct patient interaction is preferred.
