About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Customer Service Executive to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are looking for a flexible work schedule. As a Part-time Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for answering and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Input data and follow up on cases to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Work 2-3 days a week, with shifts ranging from 6-8 hours each day.
Requirements
- High school diploma (HKCEE / DSE) or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a clerical or customer service role is preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing in both Chinese and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
