About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Customer Service Executive to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are looking for a flexible work schedule. As a Part-time Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for answering and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Input data and follow up on cases to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Work 2-3 days a week, with shifts ranging from 6-8 hours each day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (HKCEE / DSE) or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a clerical or customer service role is preferred.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
