Part-Time CRNA - Remote Opportunity in Northern New Mexico

About the Role

Main Street Anesthesia is seeking a part-time CRNA to join a smooth-operating, high-volume cataract/intraocular lens practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dedicated team. As a part-time CRNA, you will be working primarily at the Eye Surgery Center of New Mexico in Santa Fe, with the option to cover at Rio Rancho and Albuquerque sites, ensuring you never work at two sites in the same day. Enjoy a flexible schedule with two 10-hour shifts per week and the possibility to work additional days at other eye locations. What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cataract and intraocular lens surgeries.
• Collaborate with a 12-person independent practice team to ensure smooth operations across three Eyes-Only Surgery Centers.
• Maintain compliance with medical malpractice insurance requirements, specifically the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF).
• Provide exceptional patient care in a high-volume setting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving practice efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Current certification and compliance with state regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to cover shifts at multiple locations as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-volume surgical setting.
• Familiarity with the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF).
• Additional certifications in anesthesia techniques.
