About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OTC Sales Trader - Remote to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As an OTC Sales Trader, you will manage the full OTC trade lifecycle for institutional clients, providing price quotations and executing trades. This role is pivotal in driving new volumes and understanding client liquidity needs, all while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full OTC trade lifecycle for institutional clients, ensuring efficient price quotations and trade executions.
  • Drive new volumes and provide market insights to clients by understanding their trading and liquidity needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the VIP sales team to identify new clients and business opportunities.
  • Monitor electronic OTC flow of spot and derivatives products, calibrating risk metrics as necessary.
  • Perform trade execution on DeFi and decentralized platforms when required.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks related to trade investigations, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
  • Work with trade operations, developers, and quantitative analysts to enhance middle-office operations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in finance, engineering, or mathematics preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial or crypto industry.
  • Strong understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, pricing methods, and settlements.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets, liquidity concepts, and risk exposure mitigation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with global teams.
  • Experience with electronic OTC flows and structured products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
