OT Cybersecurity Specialist - Remote Position
About the Role
We are hiring an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team at Above Green. As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the security and compliance of critical infrastructure projects across the United States. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of creating sustainable and secure commercial buildings.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with General Contractors and Subcontractors on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects to fulfill DIVISION 25 Cybersecurity requirements.
- Prepare the STIG and SRG Applicability Report to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Evaluate Wireless and Wired Broadcast Communication Device Submittals, Device Account Lock Exception Requests, and Multiple Ethernet Connection Device Requests.
- Collect Contractor Computer Cybersecurity Compliance Statements, Temporary Network Compliance Statements, Cybersecurity Interconnection Schedules, and Control System Cybersecurity Documentation.
- Produce Network Communication Reports and Cybersecurity Riser Diagrams to document compliance and system integrity.
- Make site visits to verify Wireless Communication and Control System Settings, ensuring all installations meet cybersecurity standards.
- Document compliance with Closeout Submittals for the subject devices, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Train General Contractors and Subcontractors on Cybersecurity Standards, enhancing their understanding and implementation of security measures.
Requirements
- Direct experience with OT Cybersecurity is essential.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications is required.
- Familiarity with UFGS DIVISION 25 requirements is a plus.
- Credentialing such as CISSP is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address cybersecurity challenges in real-time.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with all cybersecurity documentation and standards.

- Experience in project management within the cybersecurity field.
- Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.

Who Will Succeed Here
Proficiency in OT Cybersecurity frameworks and technologies, including experience with tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Ability to analyze mechanical drawings and integrate cybersecurity protocols within them, ensuring compliance with industry standards while working independently in a remote environment.
