We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at NewRocket. As an Organizational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management activities across various programs, ensuring user readiness and effectively managing resistance to change. What You'll Do

• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) project activities and create actionable deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Support change efforts through comprehensive stakeholder assessments and detailed communication plans.
• Execute training plans and develop various deliverables for client delivery to ensure smooth transitions.
• Organize and improve OCM governance and reporting capabilities to enhance project visibility and accountability.
• Maintain the OCM content repository and ensure adherence to document standards for quality and consistency.
• Develop project performance measurement reporting to track the success of change initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading OCM for enterprise customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Certifications in ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, or Prosci are highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of experience in process and organizational change management.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
