What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and risk management, ensuring smooth workflows and logistics across the team.
• Collaborate closely with risk management partners to maintain strong relationships and identify potential issues in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Work with service providers to resolve operational and technical issues as they arise.
• Report to the executive team with structured updates to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or risk management, ideally within the crypto or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, compliance, and risk considerations.
• A practical and resourceful mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks across various teams and jurisdictions.
• Strong technical knowledge to effectively coordinate with service providers and maintain operational efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify gaps before they escalate into problems.
