What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site support to managers and employees, conducting assessments and developing recovery plans for referred individuals.
  • Deliver critical incident response services and facilitate training sessions to promote Spring Health benefits.
  • Consult with HR and management on workplace issues, enhancing overall workplace effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing training and attend clinical team meetings to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

  • Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in EAP services and familiarity with workplace mental health issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities of care and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Experience working with diverse populations is preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

  • CEAP certification and supervisory experience.
