About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Counselor to join our team at Spring Health, a leader in mental health services. This Onsite Counselor role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential EAP counseling and support to employees at our client location in Everett, WA. As an Onsite Counselor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee wellbeing through management consultations, program promotion, and critical incident response. What You'll Do
- Provide on-site support to managers and employees, conducting assessments and developing recovery plans for referred individuals.
- Deliver critical incident response services and facilitate training sessions to promote Spring Health benefits.
- Consult with HR and management on workplace issues, enhancing overall workplace effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing training and attend clinical team meetings to stay updated on best practices.
Requirements
- Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in EAP services and familiarity with workplace mental health issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities of care and crisis intervention techniques.
- Experience working with diverse populations is preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Nice to Have
- CEAP certification and supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare settings and community resources.
