About the Role

We are looking for an Online Retirement Plan Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding their retirement plans, ensuring they make informed decisions for their future. As an Online Retirement Plan Consultant, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, including Zoom presentations, to deliver personalized retirement solutions.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their retirement needs and goals.
• Develop tailored retirement plans, including 401(k) and defined benefit plans.
• Conduct Zoom presentations to effectively communicate plan details and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA regulations and governmental reporting requirements.
• Evaluate financial data to provide insights and recommendations for retirement strategies.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Retirement Plan Consultant or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan design and administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using Zoom and other digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs.
• Results-driven with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
• Experience with compliance testing and Form 5500 preparation is a plus.
