What You'll Do

  • Prepare drink requests according to Club standards, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, keeping it free of spills and organized.
  • Assist with stocking and setting up bars for events and daily operations.
  • Support inventory management and related duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay informed about liquor laws and maintain compliance at all times.
  • Engage with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating memorable experiences.
  • Demonstrate mobility and dexterity, including bending, stooping, and lifting items as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide impeccable service to our members.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of liquor, wine, and spirits.
  • RAMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to teamwork.
