Requirements

• Must hold a State Diploma in Nursing.
• Demonstrated autonomy, patience, dynamism, creativity, and intercultural sensitivity.
• Experience in child care or educational settings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Montessori or similar educational approaches.
• Knowledge of child development principles.
