Nail Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Are you passionate about making others feel good? We're hiring a Nail Technician to join our team at milk + honey, where you can work remotely while delivering holistic nail services in a hyper-clean environment. This Nail Technician remote role allows you to build authentic guest connections and provide exceptional nail care.

What You'll Do

• Perform a wide range of nail care services, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures, following milk + honey protocols.
• Obtain guest health history through intake forms, assess conditions, and consult with guests on recommended treatments.
• Participate in assigned tasks designed to grow your business and create repeat guest requests.
• Adhere to all Attendance and Punctuality policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Personify milk + honey's Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Commitment to providing high-quality services and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for ongoing education and personal growth in the beauty industry.

Nice to Have

• Certification in nail technology or related field.
• Experience with holistic beauty practices.
• Knowledge of current nail trends and techniques.
