About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our design system initiatives in a fully remote environment. As a Mobile Engineering Manager - Design System, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our mobile applications, ensuring that they are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. What You'll Do

  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the mobile engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native, iOS, and Android development.
  • Experience with design systems and mobile UI/UX best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Flutter development.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI workflows.
  • Background in data science or analytics.
