• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana for project tracking and documentation.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Support team members in their professional development and growth.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and familiarity with technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech or related industries.
• Familiarity with AI tools and products.
