Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI-Native Product Development

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at GetGround, where you'll be pivotal in developing AI-native products that reshape the property investment landscape. This Full Stack Engineer remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to a mission that aims to make property investment safer and more accessible for landlords.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and take ideas from concept to deployment.
• Enjoy ownership and freedom in navigating a fast-paced environment where clarity is often a moving target.
• Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack, utilizing React, Remix, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Golang on the backend.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance your development process and improve product quality.
• Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for both humans and AI models.
• Help define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to scaling our engineering culture.

Requirements

• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on user-facing products.
• Product and commercial thinking with a comfort level in both frontend and backend development.
• A curiosity about using AI tools to build better software faster.
• Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience with testing practices, including unit, integration, or automated end-to-end tests.
• A track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers.
