About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Mid-Level UX Designer - Remote Opportunity at Strategic Staffing Solutions. This is a contract position that allows you to work remotely while contributing to the design and delivery of digital applications. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience by creating intuitive and visually engaging designs.

What You'll Do

• Support the design team in delivering finalized designs for web, native, and digital applications.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Assist the lead designer in identifying human-centered pain points and opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Help deconstruct complex challenges into actionable design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Evaluate product performance after release and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design.
• Proven ability to create and deliver designs for web, native, and digital applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and applications such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within team environments.
• Ability to manage individual responsibilities while meeting project deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UX work is strongly preferred.
