As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium to enhance our testing processes.
• Lead QA/testing activities, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute test plans.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to improve testing efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on testing results to enhance product quality.
• Participate in the development of CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Test Automation with a strong focus on Selenium.
• Proven experience in leading QA/testing activities and teams.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in the Insurance sector.
• Strong background in database testing and the ability to design end-to-end automated tests.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and DevOps practices.
• Fluent in French (mandatory) to communicate effectively with team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with security testing practices.
