About the Role
We are Landskill, and we are looking for a talented Test Automation Engineer to join our team remotely. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium to enhance our testing processes.
- Lead QA/testing activities, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute test plans.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to improve testing efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on testing results to enhance product quality.
- Participate in the development of CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Test Automation with a strong focus on Selenium.
- Proven experience in leading QA/testing activities and teams.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in the Insurance sector.
- Strong background in database testing and the ability to design end-to-end automated tests.
- Familiarity with Azure environments and DevOps practices.
- Fluent in French (mandatory) to communicate effectively with team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Familiarity with security testing practices.
