Mid-Level Product Designer - SaaS Solutions

About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team at Togetherwork. This Product Designer remote position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a $250M recurring revenue SaaS business. You will play a vital role in modernizing our software applications and enhancing user experiences across various vertical markets.

What You'll Do

• Own the user experience for specific products within the Togetherwork portfolio.
• Modernize complex or legacy workflows to improve clarity, usability, and accessibility.
• Review behavioral analytics (e.g., Pendo) to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in qualitative user interviews to inform workflow enhancements.
• Reduce UI inconsistency while respecting technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery.
• Contribute to and maintain shared design system components, ensuring consistency across products.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience, specifically in SaaS or complex workflow-driven software.
• Demonstrated collaboration with engineering and product management.
• Strong UX thinking beyond visual polish, focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Experience working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional groups.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools (e.g., generative UI, AI prototyping) to enhance design processes.

• Portfolio showcasing complex product or SaaS workflows.
• Evidence of shipped work rather than speculative redesigns.
• Examples of systems thinking and reusable components.
