Mid-Level iOS Engineer - Hybrid Work Opportunity in Japan

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level iOS Engineer to join our innovative team in Japan. This iOS Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, contributing to a company dedicated to enhancing teamwork through technology.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the iOS app for our groupware product, ensuring users can access information anytime, anywhere.
• Collaborate within a Scrum framework with Product Managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver maximum value to users.
• Engage in application quality improvement initiatives, working closely with QA engineers to enhance testing processes.
• Participate in our internal iOS engineering community to share knowledge and improve engineering standards.
• Continuously adopt the latest technologies and integrate best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of practical software development experience.
• 6+ months of experience developing iOS native applications using Swift.
• Familiarity with reactive programming using stream-based data holders like Combine or AsyncStream.
• Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and experience designing GUI applications using SwiftUI.
• Commitment to self-improvement and participation in study groups.

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of testing frameworks such as XCTest and Swift Testing.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and AI tools.
• Able to proactively identify issues and drive solutions.
