About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level 2D Graphic and Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Ruby Labs. This 2D Graphic and Motion Designer remote position is ideal for creative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging 2D banner and motion ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay updated with the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring your designs resonate with current audience preferences.
• Utilize AI tools to generate compelling images that enhance our marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to brainstorm and propose creative ideas during team meetings.
• Ensure all graphics align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in both static graphics and motion design.
• Basic knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Solid understanding of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics for video content.
• Experience with AI image generators and the ability to formulate effective prompts.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to generating new ideas.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• A portfolio showcasing your 2D banners and motion works is required.
