Member of Trading Operations - Crypto Platform
About the Role
Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Trading Operations, where you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' daily activities in the crypto space. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions. As a Member of Trading Operations, you will ensure timely settlements, reconciliations, and implement strong risk mitigation strategies in the trading of various digital assets.
What You'll Do
- Support the post-trade life-cycle of digital asset activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage all Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor progress towards established KPIs for trade operations.
- Utilize blockchain explorers and trading platforms to reconcile and monitor digital asset activities.
- Perform cash positioning and inventory management to optimize treasury management.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline trading and settlement workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with cryptocurrency industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supporting settlement activities for institutional clients in both traditional and crypto asset classes.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and financial operations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility to identify emerging risks quickly.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or low-code platforms is a plus.

- Experience in crypto-native institutions.
