About the Role
At Anchorage Digital, we are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Hardware Security Modules to join our innovative team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to the development of our advanced digital asset platform for institutions participating in crypto.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain secure software for Hardware Security Modules (HSM) that are integral to the Anchorage Digital platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance customer experience and security.
- Refactor code to improve performance, reduce bottlenecks, and simplify APIs.
- Review code from other developers to ensure adherence to security standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming with a strong focus on secure low-level programming.
- Experience with kernel development, embedded systems, and a deep understanding of cryptographic algorithms.
- Ability to navigate complex problems and provide pragmatic solutions.
- Real-world experience in shipping secure products and implementing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
