Business Development Manager - Remote Opportunity in Spain
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Fluentbe. What You'll Do
- Own and deliver individual sales targets while proactively acquiring new B2B clients across Spain.
- Build and maintain lasting business relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Directors and HR Business Partners.
- Present Fluentbe's offerings and lead negotiations effectively.
- Diagnose client needs and propose tailored language solutions.
- Track sales performance and adapt strategies in response to market trends.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR, education, or employee benefits.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English; you will report to an English-speaking manager.
- A proven track record of closing contracts with large enterprises and measurable results.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in leading conversations with C-level executives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and modern sales methodologies.
