What You'll Do
- Drive advanced mathematical modeling and quantitative rigor to optimize systematic trading strategies in a multi-product environment.
- Design and deploy robust systems, internal tools, and dashboards that enhance trading execution and risk management capabilities.
- Take ownership of a capstone project within a specific rotation, moving from conceptual research to actionable market insights.
- Manage real-time data flows and identify patterns that impact the firm’s PnL in the high-stakes volatility of crypto markets.
- Collaborate with the middle and back office to ensure complex trades are executed and seamlessly integrated into our operational framework.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in a quantitative subject such as engineering, computer science, math, or economics.
- Demonstrable curiosity for capital markets, particularly in the digital assets sector.
- Experience trading in a personal account or participation in blockchain activities.
- Bonus points for understanding tokenomics and the narratives driving token prices.
