In this remote position, you will ensure that KYC due diligence is executed effectively and efficiently, enhancing the client experience while adhering to regulatory standards. What You'll Do

• Perform client KYC reviews for new prospects and clients independently, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of institutional KYC requirements to apply them effectively to both traditional and crypto-native clients.
• Lead and manage your processes from start to finish, identifying gaps and navigating roadblocks seamlessly.
• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to prioritize tasks and track the KYC review pipeline.
• Deliver KYC reviews in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Anchorage Digital's BSA/AML Compliance Framework.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration, contributing to calls and discussions to support our larger mission.
• Compile AML and Non-AML due diligence through public research, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
• Provide support and guidance to clients or middle office teams, showcasing your problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Experience performing due diligence reviews for institutional clients such as Investment Managers, Funds, and Banks.
• Demonstrated ability to compile comprehensive due diligence through various research methods.
• Experience in cross-team project management and facilitation.
• A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate challenges and problem-solve effectively.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with crypto-native institutions and their specific requirements.
• A passion for working in early-stage startups.
• Proficiency in multiple jurisdictions, especially with knowledge of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
