What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation and sensitivity analysis of potential acquisition targets.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial statement analysis and market research.
• Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies such as DCF and market multiples.
• Independently manage all stages of the transaction process, from target identification to closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess strategic needs and ensure seamless integration of acquisitions.
• Prepare and present compelling investment memos to senior management.
• Synthesize complex market data into actionable insights for corporate strategy.
• Utilize AI-based solutions to enhance market analysis and streamline transaction processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience in conducting thorough market research and analysis.
