About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Client Operations, Fiat (Wire/ACH Operations) remote role, where you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day processing and reconciliation of client cash movements. This position is integral to ensuring an excellent operational experience for our institutional clients as you review transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks and developing operational processes to meet client needs.
  • Execute and monitor daily processing of client cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, primarily via wire and ACH.
  • Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve operational inquiries and issues related to cash transactions.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to established procedures and internal controls.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations, including Reg E and Dodd-Frank rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational solutions for complex client requests.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in banking operations, focusing on wire processing (Domestic/International).
  • Knowledge of payment systems and demonstrated experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about the digital asset industry.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SWIFT and NACHA certifications.
  • Experience with Wire Callbacks.
