What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through retail banking, ensuring all member inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their financial needs, helping them save, grow, and protect their financial well-being.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while achieving sales and referral targets.
• Proactively offer solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries, enhancing their banking experience.
• Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities for cross-selling our products and services, contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a banking or credit union environment, with a focus on lending and investments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers with their financial needs.
• Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining a high attention to detail.
