Medical Engagement Lead - Transplant (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Engagement Lead - Transplant to join our innovative team at Sanofi. This remote position will allow you to engage with healthcare professionals across North Europe, including Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Finland, while driving impactful medical strategies in the transplant field.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of the medical engagement strategy for solid organ transplant, focusing on lung transplantation.
- Engage proactively with healthcare professionals and institutions, providing scientific information and facilitating local scientific meetings.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage evidence-generation activities and support investigator-initiated studies (IISs) to enhance our understanding of transplant therapies.
- Collaborate with Market Access teams to contribute to market access dossiers and communicate clinical value to decision-makers.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while overseeing the approval of medical and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stakeholder strategy and engagement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in scientific exchange and understanding of disease areas related to transplantation.
- Education: MD, Pharmacist/PharmD, PhD, or Master of Science degree.
- Fluency in spoken and written business English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in field-based medical roles.
- Knowledge of country market access frameworks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing stakeholder engagement.
