Media Designer Trainee - Remote Post-Production Focus

About the Role

We are looking for a Media Designer Trainee to join our innovative team at WeFadeToGrey GmbH. This exciting opportunity allows you to dive into the world of post-production for film and series, all while working remotely. As a Media Designer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in professional post-production processes and contribute to real projects.

What You'll Do

• Engage in data management by organizing, securing, and structuring production data (camera, sound, VFX, etc.).
• Prepare daily samples by syncing, transcoding, and applying looks to the filmed material for the editing department.
• Conform editing projects with original data for series and feature films.
• Gain insights into color grading and collaborate with colorists.
• Create final outputs such as DCP and IMF while ensuring quality control.

Requirements

• A strong interest in film, series, and post-production.
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with digital media.
• Detail-oriented and structured work approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and reliability.
• Good knowledge of both German and English.
