Mechatronics Technician - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mechatronics Technician to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on our production and building technology systems. What You'll Do
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and servicing on process, production, and building technology systems.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in process, production, and building technology systems.
- Coordinate external contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Manage operational spare parts effectively.
Requirements
- Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, Electrician, Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production technology systems and machinery.
- Experience with modifications, installations, and commissioning of new systems.
- Logical thinking, ability to read circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting in electrical systems.
- Familiarity with control technology, programmable logic controllers, and visualization is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts starting in 2025.
- Team player with a proactive work ethic and commitment.
- Fluent in German and proficient in MS Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry or a comparable sector is a plus.
