What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain priorities for your team to ensure efficient operations and quality work.
- Develop operational improvements through collaboration with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including FAA/EASA standards.
- Plan and coordinate department schedules to meet corporate objectives.
- Identify productivity trends and develop improvement actions.
- Participate in weekly meetings with senior management to discuss departmental performance.
- Utilize Lean principles to evaluate and improve processes continuously.
- Supervise material dispatch and planning responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required.
- 8 years of experience in the aviation industry, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of material planning systems and supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (SAP, Cognos, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the aerospace sector.

Who Will Succeed Here
