About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Web Designer to join our growing team at Munch. As a Marketing Web Designer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving growth through effective web design. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of helping small businesses amplify their voice through social media.

What You'll Do

  • Own the design and upkeep of the Munch Studio marketing website.
  • Build and optimize landing pages for new funnels, campaigns, and experiments.
  • Translate product and brand direction from Figma into Framer-ready web execution.
  • Ensure our website stays visually consistent, modern, and aligned with the Munch brand.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to support launches and growth initiatives.
  • Improve site performance through iteration, design testing, and conversion-focused updates.
  • Maintain a scalable component and layout system inside Framer.
  • Create supporting web assets such as banners, homepage sections, and promotional visuals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing marketing websites or digital experiences.
  • Strong understanding of landing page design, web structure, and conversion principles.
  • Excellent visual design taste and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Figma (required).
  • Strong expertise in Framer (required).
  • Ability to work fast, independently, and collaboratively in a startup environment.
  • Comfort communicating design decisions with marketers, PMs, and founders.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web design and shipped landing pages.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for email marketing, paid ads, or campaign visuals.
  • Motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with brand systems and visual identity work.
  • Experience with Recat.
