About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing & PR Manager to join our dynamic team at Wydawnictwo FLOW. This remote opportunity allows you to influence the publishing market significantly. If you believe that books deserve bold marketing and authors need strategic communication, you might be the perfect fit for this Marketing & PR Manager remote role.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the publishing house and specific titles.
  • Manage and develop the publishing house's social media presence.
  • Build and execute PR campaigns, including media relations, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate book launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate on the communication strategy for the FLOW brand.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing/PR within the publishing industry.
  • Proficiency in modern marketing tools (social media, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, newsletters, analytical tools).
  • Ability to create and execute detailed promotional plans for authors and titles.
  • Understanding that the publishing brand is a long-term strategy, not just individual releases.
  • Initiative, energy, and a sense of responsibility for outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with team members, authors, media, and partners.
  • A desire to co-create an ambitious, cohesive team where "impossible" is just another interesting challenge.
  • Willingness to eventually manage a team responsible for marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing a marketing team.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing.
