• Lead the development and execution of content strategies across social media platforms.
• Create meaningful and engaging content that highlights the company’s services, culture, and success stories.
• Improve the company’s social media presence and engagement through innovative and strategic initiatives.
• Strengthen the company’s messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with B2B services, recruitment companies, or talent-focused organizations is a plus.
