• Utilize HubSpot for campaign execution and customer relationship management.
• Analyze data and generate insights to improve marketing performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient retention and lead generation efforts.
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Plan and execute events that promote our brand and engage our audience.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Generalist - Remote.
• Strong knowledge of marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in digital marketing and traditional marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with SQL and data engineering concepts is a plus.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and dashboard creation.
