Marketing Design Lead (AI & Web3) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Marketing Design Lead (AI & Web3) remote to drive the visual identity of high-impact AI and Web3 initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will shape the look and feel of campaigns, community content, events, and influencer materials, bringing new protocols and brand experiences to life. You will combine design mastery with AI-augmented workflows to deliver visuals that are bold, engaging, and scalable across digital and physical channels. What You'll Do

• Lead visual direction and execution for integrated marketing campaigns, including PR, social channels (X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, YouTube), paid social, and global events.
• Develop, augment, and maintain cohesive visual identities for new protocols while ensuring each has a distinct brand presence.
• Create and optimize AI-augmented visuals and workflows to accelerate content production and innovation.
• Design premium KOL and influencer kits, including motion graphics, custom avatars, and data-driven templates.
• Produce high-impact offline and event creative, including booth design, installations, and physical media.
• Visualize complex data through intuitive, aesthetically compelling infographics and motion content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with marketing goals, user engagement, and brand strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior marketing design roles, ideally in high-growth tech, Web3, or top-tier creative agencies.
• Web3 and blockchain understanding; ability to design for diverse audiences including communities, builders, and institutions.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); Blender or Cinema 4D skills are a plus.
• Proven experience using AI design tools (Runway, Gemini, Magnific) and developing AI-augmented workflows.
• Strong video creation/editing capabilities are a plus.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and technical artistry skills, with the ability to bring complex concepts to life.
• Highly organized with strong project management, feedback loops, and quality assurance experience.
• Bold, innovative thinker unafraid to experiment with disruptive creative ideas.
