What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and identify potential hazards, promoting a safe work environment.
- Facilitate training and development for staff to enhance skills and competencies within the team.
- Maintain up-to-date training documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in production and propose solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate in production scheduling, resource allocation, and ensure efficient execution of work orders, supporting the team effectively.
- Communicate production results or deviations to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist the supervisor with administrative tasks, including coordinating vacations, personnel attendance, transportation, payroll, and overtime.
- Support preventive and scheduled maintenance plans in your assigned areas.
- Meet productivity goals and production plans while ensuring the safety of tools, machinery, and safety equipment in your areas.
- Conduct daily meetings with operators and technicians in your area.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure proper coordination and information flow.
- Continuously follow up on exports related to your area.
- Verify that technicians under your supervision can resolve machinery issues.
- Implement improvements in EHS, quality, and production areas.
- Develop and oversee quality control processes during operations.
- Work under direct and general supervision.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; Technical degree in industrial production or active student in industrial engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Availability to work in shift A.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry (medical industry preferred).
