Manufacturing Production Operator - Night Shift
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operator for the night shift at Samtec. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line in Taipei City, Taiwan. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products, requiring proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with your team.
What You'll Do
- Operate machinery according to production processes and standards.
- Assemble products using soldering techniques and tools.
- Coordinate with other operators to meet production and procedural standards.
- Conduct basic product inspections to ensure quality.
- Maintain daily production records accurately.
- Uphold a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
- Participate in assembly and quality training sessions.
- Utilize inspection tools such as calipers for quality checks.
Requirements
- Intermediate Mandarin proficiency is a must.
- Experience in soldering and using soldering guns is preferred.
- Ability to perform visual inspections effectively.
- Familiarity with BNA, PNA, and TDR testing instruments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary starting at NT$35,000 per month.
- Full attendance bonus of NT$1,000.
- Meal allowance of NT$1,800.
- Night shift allowance of NT$600 per day, totaling approximately NT$13,200 monthly.
