About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operator for the night shift at Samtec. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line in Taipei City, Taiwan. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products, requiring proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with your team.

What You'll Do

  • Operate machinery according to production processes and standards.
  • Assemble products using soldering techniques and tools.
  • Coordinate with other operators to meet production and procedural standards.
  • Conduct basic product inspections to ensure quality.
  • Maintain daily production records accurately.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
  • Participate in assembly and quality training sessions.
  • Utilize inspection tools such as calipers for quality checks.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Mandarin proficiency is a must.
  • Experience in soldering and using soldering guns is preferred.
  • Ability to perform visual inspections effectively.
  • Familiarity with BNA, PNA, and TDR testing instruments is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM.
