Managing Director - Digital Transformation (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Managing Director - Digital Transformation to lead our initiatives in transforming our operations and corporate strategies. This remote role will involve managing a portfolio of initiatives under the Digital Transformation Program, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Strategy and Development.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the execution of key initiatives across operations, supply chain, sales, product development, and corporate functions.
- Baseline the current state of initiatives and governance while assessing challenges and developing mitigations.
- Revamp and standardize initiative charters, team memberships, and KPIs to optimize governance structures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on organizational impact and propose new high-value initiatives.
- Define and execute structured management approaches leveraging existing templates and guidelines.
- Continuously refine program management techniques and provide initiative data for management review.
- Prepare updates for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board of Directors (BOD) on initiative statuses.
- Conduct research and prepare materials associated with corporate strategy and M&A efforts.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within semiconductor or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-enterprise programs.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- Educational background with a BA or BS in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is required.
