Guest Operations Specialist - Remote Position at Signature Aviation

About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Operations Specialist - Remote to join our team at Signature Aviation. In this role, you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Shannon base, ensuring world-class service for our customers. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards in our operations and providing exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the base, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, visitors, and crew in line with the Signature Service Programme.
• Carry out ramp services as required, including liaising with ground handling services.
• Arrange necessary services such as catering, re-fueling, and hotel accommodations.
• Handle heavy baggage and ensure compliance with all airport authority requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding flight requirements and services.
• Complete other duties as reasonably expected by management.

Requirements

• Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for aviation.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is desired.
• Flexible approach to work and independent decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid and clean driving license; C or CE truck license is desirable.
• Ability to clear a Garda vetting check for Airport ID.
