Manager, Total Rewards - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Total Rewards to join our team remotely. As a strategic and analytical leader, you will design and implement competitive total rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that align with Guardian Group’s objectives.
- Monitor compensation and benefits trends, benchmarking against peers to recommend enhancements.
- Oversee the annual compensation cycle, ensuring fair and differentiated pay decisions.
- Design and improve employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Define and report on key metrics for the Total Rewards function to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on total rewards topics.
- Coach HR teams and stakeholders on reward philosophies and pay decisions.
- Lead a team, ensuring high-quality delivery of all total rewards processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
- Proven experience in designing and managing total rewards programs.
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance global consistency with local market relevance.

- Experience working with multi-regional compensation frameworks.
- Certification in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in change management and communication strategies.
