Manager Technology Change Management - Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a Manager Technology Change Management to join our dynamic team at KPMG Nederland. In this role, you will guide clients through digital transformations, helping them achieve their strategic goals. As a Manager Technology Change Management remote professional, you will lead transformation programs within multidisciplinary teams, focusing on the human aspect of change while leveraging your experience across various sectors.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage technology change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of change strategies.
- Design and implement creative communication and training interventions to support digital transformations.
- Maintain close contact with stakeholders to foster collaboration within project teams and with implementation partners.
- Translate process designs into impacts on people and organizations, bridging the gap between IT and the rest of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of propositions and strategies within the People & Transformation team.
- Support project planning and talent development, enhancing team success through your expertise.
- Network and write proposals to expand KPMG's reach and influence as a thought leader in the industry.
- Participate in knowledge sharing within the Communities of Practice, focusing on Organizational Change Management and Technology Change Management.
Requirements
- A completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, Change Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in consultancy, specializing in digital transformation and IT implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Experience leading projects and programs, with a creative approach to designing effective interventions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (C1 level).
- Ability to follow market trends and translate them into concrete services.
- Passion for contributing to the development of the People & Transformation team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP systems, AI tools, and digital strategies.
- Familiarity with behavioral change methodologies.
- Previous experience in a hybrid working environment.
