About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing to join our team at 7shifts, a leading scheduling and payroll platform designed for the restaurant industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our paid acquisition efforts and drive new restaurant signups through various channels. As the Manager, Performance Marketing remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the paid acquisition strategy across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring optimal channel mix and budget allocation to achieve CAC and pipeline targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
  • Build and manage a rigorous testing framework for creative, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages, focusing on speed and statistical rigor.
  • Oversee end-to-end attribution modeling and conversion tracking, collaborating with Data and Engineering teams for accurate measurement.
  • Drive full-funnel optimization from impression to activation, working closely with Web, Product, and CRO teams to enhance landing pages and sign-up flows.
  • Partner with Content and Brand teams to refine ad creative through a performance lens, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Report weekly and monthly on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CPL, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify and pilot new channels and tactics, leveraging AI-powered tools for creative testing and campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing or paid media.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams while maintaining hands-on technical credibility.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid acquisition programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy and smart bidding.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in key metrics such as ROAS, LTV:CAC, and MQL-to-SQL rates.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating performance data into clear narratives for executives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a PLG/SLG hybrid model.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative testing tools.
  • Background in programmatic display or offline-to-online attribution.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or marketing data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or the foodservice industry.
