Manager of Project Management - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Project Management to join Visante Consulting in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure high-quality execution across complex consulting engagements and long-term managed services programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the PMO and manage a diverse team of Project Managers.
• Partner with Project Owners and Executive Sponsors to drive project success.
• Establish and improve project management standards and tools.
• Monitor project health and PMO performance metrics.
• Support client satisfaction, retention, and renewal efforts.
• Influence strong client outcomes through reliable execution.
• Guide change and adoption of new processes.
• Ensure financial accountability and transparency in project performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Experience in consulting or managed services preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills required.
• Understanding of project management methodologies needed.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Financial acumen for project accounting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare systems or pharmacy optimization.
• Familiarity with advanced project management tools.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
