About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Operations and Technology to join our innovative team at Medefer. What You'll Do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and document current pathways and processes.
• Produce concise problem statements and actionable recommendations to drive operational improvements.
• Translate needs into clear user stories and requirements for engineering teams.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely project delivery and clinical safety.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Contribute to the development of NHS virtual care initiatives.
• Utilize your strong process mapping and redesign skills to enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply your knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a business analyst in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Experience in operational improvement and technology delivery.
• Genuine curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Experience using AI/LLMs in a work context is desirable.
• Ability to recognize patterns and bundle issues into improvement plans.
