Maintenance Specialist - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mercadona. This remote Maintenance Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative and collaborative work environment while ensuring the stability and efficiency of our facilities.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage maintenance activities across various facilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Valid educational background in relevant technical fields such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a facilities management setting.
• Mandatory certifications: RITE and Fluorinated Gases License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Spain and Portugal.
